To add another email account to Outlook on Windows:

Open Outlook.
Select File > Add Account.
Enter the .net email address and select Connect.
If prompted, enter the password, then select OK and Finish.

If Outlook does not detect the account automatically, use manual setup:

In classic Outlook, go to File > Add Account.
Enter the email address.
Select Advanced options.
Check Let me set up my account manually and select Connect.
Select IMAP or POP.
Enter the incoming and outgoing mail server settings, port numbers, and SSL settings provided by the email provider.
Enter the password and select Connect.

If using Outlook for Microsoft 365, Outlook 2024, or Outlook 2021, an additional account can also be added from File > Add Account and then repeating the sign-in steps.
