We are using the new Microsoft for Startups Preview experience in Azure Portal. Our business verification failed with “We couldn't verify your startup.”
FXDX Ltd. is legally incorporated in the British Virgin Islands. Our official company registration number is 2078285, which is 7 digits. The Azure verification form requires exactly 21 alphanumeric characters for the Business Registration ID.
We do not want to modify or pad our official registration number. The documented “Get Program Support” option is not available in our Azure portal, and the Microsoft for Startups support link redirects us back to the same Azure Preview portal.
Could a Microsoft moderator please escalate this to the Microsoft for Startups Program Support / Business Verification team and provide a way to submit our incorporation documents privately for manual verification?
We can provide our Certificate of Incorporation and other supporting documents through a secure channel.
