Hello,
I received a congratulatory email addressed to me confirming that I have been selected as a 2026–2027 Microsoft Elevate Educator Expert.
However, I have not received any email from Credly regarding the new badge, and the 2026–2027 badge is not available in my Credly account. I can only see my previous badge.
Could you please check and advise me on how I can receive and claim my new 2026–2027 Expert badge?
