If Cancel is unavailable and the page says to contact support, use this path:

1. Go to Contact Microsoft Support.
2. Enter the issue and select Get Help.
3. If more help is needed, select Contact Support to be routed to the best support option.

Before contacting support, also verify these common causes:

1. Sign in at Services & subscriptions with the same Microsoft account that owns the Game Pass subscription.
2. Check whether the subscription shows Turn on recurring billing instead of Manage. If it does, the subscription is already set to expire and no further cancellation is needed.
3. Check whether there is an overdue balance or an expired payment card. If money is still owed, cancellation is blocked until the balance is paid.

If the goal is to move to a different billing tier, Microsoft also supports changing subscription recurrence from Services & subscriptions by selecting Manage > Change > Switch when that option is available.
