Unable to get Word document and Excel

  • My subscription for Microsoft 365 on my new laptop went through. However, am unable to get Word and Excel downloaded. Assistance regarding this is appreciate as I would need these two in my laptop. Thank you.

    When you first activated Microsoft 365 (Office) that licence should have become associated to your Microsoft Account as a digital licence online and it is from there that you can install Office without the need for a product key:
