AI-103 Exam Rescheduling Blocked by Expired Voucher

Hi,

I scheduled my AZ-103 exam for September 19, 2026 using a voucher I received through Microsoft AI Skills Fest 2026.

I’m trying to reschedule the exam today, but I’m getting this error:

“The selected appointment cannot be scheduled. The registration was discounted with a voucher and the voucher has restrictions. The voucher is expired and can no longer be used.”

The issue is that I am not trying to use the voucher for a new exam registration. I already used the voucher when I originally scheduled the exam. I’m only trying to reschedule my existing appointment.

Because the voucher was valid when I booked the exam, I expected to be able to reschedule the existing appointment without being required to use the voucher again.

Could someone please clarify whether Microsoft AI Skills Fest 2026 vouchers allow rescheduling after an exam has already been booked? If they do, how can I reschedule my existing appointment without receiving the expired-voucher error?

    You cannot reschedule an exam booked with an AI Skills Fest voucher after August 18th
