I need to update my name as per the my IDs

To correct the name for the exam, update the legal name in the Microsoft Learn profile settings.

If the exam is already scheduled, name changes may be blocked. In that case, use Credentials Support to request the change.

2. Update the Legal name so it matches the government ID exactly.
3. If a message appears saying the legal name change requires further review, contact Credentials Support: https://learn.microsoft.com/credentials/support/help
4. If the Microsoft account display name also needs correction, use Edit name here: https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=2196003

Important:

• If an exam is already booked, the legal name may require support review before it can be changed.
• The name used for the exam should match the ID presented during exam check-in.
• Microsoft account name changes can take up to 24 hours to update everywhere.
