I do not see Phone Link app in the list. (Not even in Microsoft Store app

Try these steps on Windows 11:

1. Search for Phone Link from Start.
   • If it appears, right-click it and open App settings.
   • On some Windows 11 systems, Phone Link is listed under Settings > System > System components instead of the usual Installed apps list.
2. In System components, find Phone Link.
   • Select the three dots next to it.
   • Open Advanced options.
   • Use Terminate, then Repair, then Reset.
3. If Phone Link is missing from search and Microsoft Store, check whether Microsoft Store itself is available.
   • Select Start and type Microsoft Store.
   • If found, open it and pin it if needed.
   • If Microsoft Store is not found, make sure the device is signed in with a Microsoft account, not only a local account.
   • If this is a work device, the administrator may have turned Microsoft Store off.
4. If Microsoft Store opens but apps are still missing, reset Microsoft Store:
   • Press Windows key + R.
   • Run wsreset.exe.
   • Wait for the blank command window to close and for Microsoft Store to open automatically.
   • Then search again for Phone Link.
5. If the app still does not appear, send feedback through Feedback Hub:
   • Select Start.
   • Search for Feedback Hub.
   • Open it, sign in with a Microsoft account, and submit Add new feedback describing that Phone Link is missing from System/Installed apps and Microsoft Store.

If Phone Link is visible in System components, that is the expected place to repair or reset it even when it does not appear under Installed apps.
