When I Turn on, I still get Turn on. It says File History is off but it is continuously creating empty Configuration and Data folders. I have tried four different backup drives and all have the issue. Event viewer doesn't record any errors. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Hi Anthony,

I think you might be hitting a known issue where File History is not working properly. May I know if the problem started after 8th September?

I look forward to hearing from you to get the results of the troubleshooting.
