How to fix the Windows Security? (Seguridad de Windows)

So, recently I have been dealing with this issue every time I turn on my PC. Around 2 weeks ago y upgrade my Windows 10 to Windows 11 and the Windows Defender seems to cause some troubles on my device. Idk why, but every time I turn on the PC Windows Security providers appears like "Uknown" and the Firewall appears like modified or completely OFF, so I had to turn it ON manually or set it into Default parameters every time I use my computer.

Here's the thing, my Laptop its a HP OMEN Laptop 15, and 1 week ago the BIOS get an Update through Windows Updates without notify me, it was a horrible experience to be honest. But I'm guessing that thanks to the Upgrade from 10 to 11, and the recent BIOS update something mess up on my system.

And just as a fun fact about this. Everytime I try to open Windows Security it took around 5 minutes to open, the other apps open normally, this problem its only presented in Windows Security.

Entonces, recientemente comencé a lidiar con problemas cada vez que enciendo mi PC. Hace unas 2 semanas actualize my Windows de 10 a 11 y parece ser que Windows Defender (Seguridad de Windows) esta causando varios problemas en mi dispositivo. No sé el porque, pero cada vez que enciendo mi PC la seguridad de windows se desconfigura y los probedores de seguridad aparecer como "Desconocido" y el Firewall aparece como si hubiera sido modificado o completamente APAGADO, haciendo que yo deba encenderlo manualmente o restablecer los valores predeterminados cada vez que uso mi computadora.

Aquí esta el asunto, my laptop es una HP OMEN Laptop 15, hace una semana se actualizo el BIOS mediante una actualización por Windows Updates sin notificarme, fue una experiencia horrible para ser honesto. Pero supongo que gracias a la actualizacion de 10 a 11 y la reciente actualizacion de BIOS algo esta causando problemas en mi sistema.

Y como un dato curioso, cada vez que intento abrir Seguridad de Windows toma alrededor de 5 para abrirse, las otras apps funcionan correctamente, este problema solo se presenta con la seguridad de windows.

Hi Luis,

If Windows Defender Firewall is being disabled on every restart, we need to check for malware.

Please share your Farbar scan logs for analysis.

Download Farbar Recovery Scan Tool 64-bit FRST64.exe
If the OS language is not English, rename FRST64.exe to FRST64English.exe.
Run the program. Don't check or uncheck any options. Click "Scan".
Add the two logs, FRST.txt and Addition.txt, to a zip archive.
Share the zip file on OneDrive or GoFile.io, and post the link here.

Windows Security in Windows 11 can become slow or show incorrect status after an upgrade, especially if another antivirus product is installed or if Windows Security components are damaged.

Try these steps in order:

Check whether another antivirus app is installed and active.
Windows Security includes Microsoft Defender Antivirus, but if another antivirus app is installed and turned on, Microsoft Defender Antivirus turns off automatically. If that applies, uninstall or disable the other antivirus app, then restart and check whether Microsoft Defender Antivirus turns back on.
Reset the Windows Security app.
Open an elevated PowerShell window and run:

   Get-AppxPackage Microsoft.SecHealthUI -AllUsers | Reset-AppxPackage
```
Restart the PC and test Windows Security again.
Run the Windows Security troubleshooter.
Download and run the Windows Security troubleshooter from the support article. It checks and can enable:
- SmartScreen or Phishing Filter
- User Account Control (UAC)
- Data Execution Prevention (DEP)
- Windows Firewall
- Antivirus protection status and updates
If Windows Update components were affected during the upgrade, reset the update cache.
This requires Command Prompt run as administrator. Risk: this renames Windows Update cache folders, so type the commands exactly.

   ren %systemroot%\softwaredistribution softwaredistribution.bak
   ren %systemroot%\system32\catroot2 catroot2.bak
   net start bits
   net start wuauserv
```
Restart the PC after the commands complete.
If the firewall or Defender status is still inconsistent, check Device Security for TPM issues.
In Windows Security, open Device security and use Security processor troubleshooting if TPM errors appear. If the page shows messages such as TPM disabled or firmware update needed, follow the device manufacturer guidance. Clearing TPM is available there, but back up data first because it resets the security processor.
If a driver is being blocked, update that driver first.
If Windows shows A driver can't load on this device, Memory Integrity is blocking an incompatible driver. The preferred fix is to install an updated compatible driver from Windows Update or the device manufacturer. Turning off Memory Integrity is possible, but it reduces protection and can remove Secured-core state on supported devices.
If the issue started after the BIOS update, check with HP for firmware guidance.
TPM and Secure Boot behavior can be affected by firmware settings. If Secure Boot or TPM appears disabled, those settings are typically managed in BIOS or UEFI.

If Windows Security still takes several minutes to open after these steps, the supported self-service actions in the available guidance are the reset command, the troubleshooter, checking for third-party antivirus, and checking TPM or blocked-driver conditions.
