how to fix ek certification

I have been trying to fix a problem where everytime i open a fortnite tourney i get kicked due to my ek certification not being verified and when i checked the actual file it said my device doesnt have enough info. I spent a few hours doing multiple methods like bios upd and factory resetting my pc. my secure boot is on + it said my tpm was ready for use.

    You're not alone in this, I've seen multiple users with the same issue recently. In fact, I've seen entries on the Feedback Hub regarding this so the engineering team can provide a fix in the future updates. You can also chime in your issue as well.

    other info ive gone through is that my tpm is ready for use my secure boot state is on idk wht info is important in my msinfo32 so i didnt take a picture of that but if its all safe i will
