Visual Studio Professional renewal order shows Completed

According to Microsoft documentation, only active Visual Studio subscriptions appear in the Visual Studio Subscription Portal. 

If your renewal order shows Completed, but the renewed subscription is not showing as active, please check the following: 

Make sure you are signing in with the email address associated with the subscription. 

If the subscription was purchased through Volume Licensing, confirm that it has been assigned to your account by your administrator. 

For subscriptions obtained through a Microsoft program, please contact the program owner regarding the renewal.

If the order shows Completed but the subscription is still not active, I recommend contacting the Visual Studio Subscription Support team so they can check your subscription and account details.
