Rescheduling AZ-104 which was booked with voucher. Pearson Vue

Hello,

I have an AZ-104 exam booked through Pearson VUE and would like to reschedule it. However, because the exam was paid for using a voucher, I am unable to make changes through the Pearson VUE portal. Pearson VUE has advised me to contact Microsoft via the Learn Q&A forum for assistance.

The voucher terms state:

"You must schedule your exam prior to August 18, 2026, and the exam must be delivered by October 18, 2026. If the exam is not booked prior to August 18, 2026 and an exam date beyond October 18, 2026 is selected, you will not be able to apply the voucher to the cost of the exam."

My exam is currently scheduled for 3 October 2026. As this date is within the voucher validity period, would I be permitted to reschedule the exam to 17 October 2026, which is also before the voucher expiry date of 18 October 2026?

Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

    As far as I know, you cannot reschedule after August 18 with the voucher.
