Hello,
My Microsoft 365 tenant has been deauthenticated. No one in the office can log in.
I am a global admin when I attempt to login to admin.microsoft.com I get the following message:
Sign-in failed
The tenant you are trying to access has been deauthenticated and is no longer available. If you are seeing this message by mistake, please contact Microsoft support. Error code: AADSTS5000224

Could Microsoft please step in and assist with this?

2026-09-17T19:42:55.05+00:00 We have already contacted Microsoft Support regarding this issue. The case was escalated to the Data Protection team, but Data Protection advised that they are unable to assist with reauthentication of the tenant.
This appears to require the same internal tenant reauthentication process used in the previous AADSTS5000224 case linked above.
@Sridevi Machavarapu, could you please assist with escalating this to the appropriate internal team? I can provide the Tenant ID, Global Administrator UPN, existing Microsoft support case number, and any other required information through private message.
