Hi
This is unfortunately urgent. We have a school in Italy that has been hacked and the only 1 admin has been locked out and probably all the accounts deleted. Data is being probably stealed right now. We have called the regional support IVR in Italy but we spoke to a bot. 12 h have passed and no one is calling back. Can someone at least suspend the tenant till the
Data Protection Team from Microsoft gets on the case?
Can I supply the tenant in a private session? Thank you for you kind support.

2026-09-16T21:22:00.6866667+00:00 2000 students and teachers are affected. Their data is being probably downloaded as we speak. 2000.people have no access to one drive, calendars, teams and so on. Please help. Thank you very much
