If I buy a used Surface product and the seller had previously bought an extended warranty. Does the warranty move with the item to me?

    Yes — Microsoft's Surface warranty (both the standard hardware warranty and Microsoft Complete/Extended Hardware Service) is tied to the device itself, not the original purchaser. So, if a seller bought an extended warranty (Microsoft Complete or EHS) and it's still active, coverage can be transferred to you as the new owner.
