How to get Copilot subscription without MS 365

Running Windows 11.

Adding MS 365 is a non-starter. I would lose Access database and MS Publisher apps. For security reasons I retain Outlook (Classis) app running against POP email account, and do not need or want cloud services, again for security reasons.

Unfortunately, AFAIK, you'd need to resort to free, standalone web version of Microsoft Copilot or use a virtual machine (Virtual Box, Hyper-V) to isolate your existing Office apps from MS 365-based Copilot

Answer only confirms the problem. How can a dissatisfied user of Copilot reach someone who gives a "hoot"?
