Hi, I'm Bernard. I'm happy to help!

May I know more about the issue you have? Do you experience poor system performance or system lag on your PC? I'd appreciate it if you could provide more details about the issue you are encountering.

While waiting, can you please check the System logs on the PC so I can further examine the root cause of the issue?

To share the System logs, please follow the steps in the link below:

Press the Windows key + X, then select "Event Viewer"

Click the drop-down of "Windows logs"

Right-click System > click Filter Current logs > Check: Critical, Warning, and Error > Hit OK

On the right pane, click "Save Filtered Log File As..."

Save the System logs file to your desktop and share it by following the steps from the link:

Note: You can also use your preferred cloud storage to upload and share the logs.

Hi, thank you for that information. Just to confirm, can you still use the affected device? When you say the device is bricked, it won't power on? If yes, kindly follow the steps below:

Before doing the steps, make sure to remove all peripherals connected to your PC and just retain the Mouse, Keyboard, and Power source.

First, we need to go to Windows recovery mode and try the options there:

Restart the device 3-5 times until you reach Windows recovery mode, wherein you have the option to select Continue, Troubleshoot, or Exit.

Or try to press and hold the Shift key while continuously pressing F8 while starting the PC

    Then, in Windows Recovery:

    Do System Restore:

Click Troubleshoot> Advanced options> System Restore - Follow the prompt and choose the date when it was working fine.
