Original Appointment: Monday, 21 September 2026 Start time: 8:15 am Asia/Kolkata - IST

I am attempting to reschedule my Microsoft certification exam, which was originally booked using a Microsoft AI Skills Fest voucher code.

My original appointment is within the allowed timeframe, and my new preferred date (October 5, 2026) is before the final voucher delivery deadline of October 18, 2026. However, because the August 18 booking deadline has passed, the Pearson VUE system treats the voucher code as expired and will not let me complete the rescheduling process online.****

Please help with reschedule. Thanks in advance!
