I have received emails from Pokemon center in July but since then I haven't been able to receive any emails from Pokemon center or their newsletter. I have contacted them regarding this and they are saying it's not to do with their end. Please could you check if there is a problem my end.

Thanks

    Hi Thomas King,

Since you were able to receive Pokémon Center emails previously, this may be worth checking from the message delivery side rather than the mailbox settings already reviewed.

As a next step, try adding the Pokémon Center sending address (or domain, if known) to your Safe Senders list and then ask Pokémon Center to send a new test email. If they can provide the exact sender address they use for newsletters, that can help ensure future messages are treated as trusted.

If the test email still does not arrive, it would be helpful for Pokémon Center to verify whether their mail system is generating any delivery reports or rejections when sending to your Outlook.com address. That information can help identify where the message flow is stopping.

Let me know if you need further assistance, feel free to ask me by clicking "Add Comment" or "Add Answer" if you cannot add comment so your response will be visible. Thanks for your effort.

If email from only one sender or service is missing in Outlook.com, check the common mailbox-side causes first:

    1. Check the Junk Email folder and settings. If a message from Pokémon Center was marked as junk, select it and mark it as not junk.
    2. Check the Other tab if Focused Inbox is enabled. Messages can be delivered there instead of the main Inbox.
    3. Check rules and forwarding to make sure nothing is moving or hiding those messages.
    4. Check that the sender is not on the blocked senders list.
    5. Restore the message list to chronological order with Filter > Sort > Date in case messages are present but not where expected.

If those checks are clean and the sender confirms messages were sent, the messages may be getting blocked before they reach the mailbox. In that case, ask Pokémon Center to check whether they receive a non-delivery report and whether their sending system is meeting Microsoft’s authentication requirements.

If blocked sender behavior is involved, also review the message headers of any older Pokémon Center message that did arrive and compare the real sending address with the visible sender address. If the real address differs, add the real sender to the safe senders list or create a rule based on common words from those messages.
