If the Outlook.com account is blocked, use the Sign-in Helper to start the unblock process:

    • Open Sign-in Helper.
    • Complete the verification steps, such as entering the security code or changing the password if prompted.

If the account still cannot be unblocked:

Also check whether the mailbox or OneDrive storage is full. If either is full, Outlook.com cannot send or receive email.

If the issue is specifically that the sign-in name was turned off, sign in with another alias that is still allowed for sign-in:

    1. Select Forgot your username?
    2. Enter the alias being used.
    3. Retrieve the code sent to the primary alias.
    4. Use one of the aliases shown that is allowed for sign-in.

If more help is needed, use Outlook.com support or the Microsoft account support options provided in the support pages.

Hello, good day and thanks for question. Sorry to know about this. In this scenario you can go through the link below that says "To check your account status or reactivate your account, go to the Microsoft services account reset page via https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/concern/AccountReinstatement and follow the on-screen instructions" and wait for the update on the unblock request that you have submitted.
