Unless you previously had configured your account to use the Microsoft Authenticator app, you can't use it now.

Now my when i try to send an email it says that "object was deleted"

Using a Private/Incognito browser session, go to Outlook Web at https://outlook.cloud.microsoft/ Can you logon?

If you can't logon to Outlook web, you will have to try:

    1 -- Reset your password.
    https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/account-billing/reset-a-forgotten-microsoft-account-password-eff4f067-5042-c1a3-fe72-b04d60556c37

2 -- Use the Account Sign-In Helper and follow any suggestions it offers.

    • In a Private/Incognito browser session, open: https://aka.ms/sign-in-helper
    • Scroll down to "Choose how you normally sign in, then enter your details"
    • Click "With an email address"
    • Enter your email address and click [OK]

    Use this order:

    1. Start with the Microsoft Sign-in Helper. It checks the account and tells what action is needed for sign-in problems, missing verification options, or password issues.
    2. If the password is forgotten, use Forgot password? on the Microsoft sign-in page or the Reset password flow:
      • Enter the account username and select Next.
      • Choose where to receive the verification code.
      • Select Next.
      • Enter the requested email or phone details and select Get code.
      • Enter the code, select Next, then create the new password.
    3. If no verification option is available, or the Authenticator prompt is not usable, use the Sign-in Helper instead of continuing with the normal reset flow.
    4. If the username or password still is not accepted after reset:
      • Confirm the email address domain is correct, such as the right Outlook/Hotmail/Live domain.
      • If another alias or phone number exists on the account, try that instead.
      • If the account still cannot be found or the password still does not work, use Contact support.
    5. For Outlook sending problems after the password change:
      • If the password was changed on the email account website, Outlook must be updated with the new password.
      • In new Outlook, select the email account name, select Continue in the sign-in prompt, and enter the new password.
      • In classic Outlook, if the status bar shows Disconnected, Working Offline, or Trying to connect..., go to Send/Receive > Work Offline to switch back online, then try sending again.
    6. If support is needed, use Contact Microsoft Support. Support can route the issue correctly, but support agents cannot send password reset links or change account details.

The “object was deleted” message is not explained in the available support content. The supported next step is to complete account recovery first, then update Outlook with the new password.
