    Hi alan933,

Since the page is loading, the issue may be related to how the browser is rendering or interacting with the Outlook web interface rather than a sign-in problem. To help narrow it down, you could try these quick checks:

    1. Open Outlook.com in an InPrivate/Incognito window and see if the page becomes clickable.
    2. Test the same account on another device (such as a phone or a different PC) to determine whether the issue is limited to one browser or device.
    3. Press F12 and check for any browser console errors if you're comfortable using developer tools. This can help identify whether a page script is being blocked or failing to load.

If Outlook works on another device or in a private browsing session, that would help isolate the issue to the affected browser profile and provide a clearer direction for troubleshooting.

    Please let me know:

    • Which browser you're using.
    • Whether the issue occurs in an InPrivate/Incognito session.
    • If Outlook works from another device or network.

Try these Outlook.com web fixes in order:

    1. Disable ad blockers or pop-up blockers for Outlook.com.
      • A known Outlook.com issue is that some browsers can stop emails from loading or run very slowly when AdBlock or Ublock is enabled.
      • If using Chrome with AdBlock, select AdBlock at the top right, then Don't run on pages on this domain, and refresh Outlook.com.
    2. Try a different browser, preferably Microsoft Edge.
      • Outlook.com has a documented workaround to use Microsoft Edge or another browser when browser extensions interfere.
    3. Remove or disable problematic browser extensions.
      • Manage extensions/add-ons in the browser and disable ad blockers first.
      • In Firefox, certain add-ons can prevent the Outlook.com Inbox from loading.
    4. Sign out of Outlook.com, clear the browser cache, close all browser tabs/windows, then sign in again.
      • This is a documented fix path for Outlook.com web UI issues.
    5. Check whether there is a current Outlook.com service issue.
      • If Outlook.com suddenly stopped working across browsers or devices, check the Service Health portal.
    6. If the page loads but mail still does not respond correctly, use Outlook.com support from the Help menu, or the sign-in help path if sign-in is also affected.
