Two person realm.png Screenshot 2026-09-16 070540.pngI was charged for a 10 person realm on 9-2-26 and then on the 9-7 or 8 my Realm expired. Microsoft still shows I have an active Subscription, for a 10 person realm, but I can't access it. I've tried reaching out to Microsoft and Minecraft and no one replys to me for weeks. This problem Started over a month ago when I clicked the renew button and nothing happened, so I ended up with several realm subscriptions when I only need one, The Screen show shows I'm being billed and there is image showing i don't have access to a 10 person realm. I tried to renew through NINENDO last month when this first happened and it didn't renew my realm it actually added two realms, those are set to expire, I can't get a refund, I haven't got any help. But I shouldn't be billed if I don't have access. I should get refunded, and get my account fixed so this doesn't keep happening. I have not found anyone else to have an issue exactly like this. I've reached out multiple times to resolve this and every time I talk to someone they tell me to talk to someone else. CAN SOMEONE PLEASE FIX THIS- REFUND IT OR SOMETHING today I actually went ahead and actually canceled the realm subscription, so I don't get billed again, but it's not fixing the problem as I don't have access to it.

    Hi Robert,

Indeed it seems like there is a glitch. May I know if you have signed out of the Xbox app and Microsoft Store and signed in again with the same account?

If you have done so, click Chat now on the https://support.xbox.com/en-US/contact-us page and explain the problem in detail. You may have to ask for an agent or a human a couple of times before AI routes you to a human.

I hope this information helps. If you have any more questions, don't hesitate to reach out. Wishing you good luck!
