Human Support Request – Recovery of Old Blocked Account

I am writing to request a manual verification and access recovery for my personal Hotmail/Microsoft account, created during my teenage years.

The access to my account was blocked between the years 2020 and 2022 due to automated security systems. The following message appears:

"Help us secure your account. We have detected unusual activity on your Microsoft account m***@@@@#@hotmail.com, or believe your credentials are at risk. For your security and to ensure only you have access to your account, we will ask you to verify your identity and change your password."

 Since then, I have attempted multiple times to use the Automated Account Recovery Form (ACSR), but the system rejects the request due to insufficient information compared to the data originally registered many years ago, continuing to state that I cannot prove ownership of the account. I was a teenager when I created the account, and I did not add any backup email or phone number. I was just a silly teenager. I only want this account back for all the memories I have stored there. Could you please have mercy on me and restore my access. The account was created between 2006 to 2010. I'm not sure.

I understand and respect Microsoft's strict security and privacy policies. However, since the automated recovery system cannot accommodate the analysis of old accounts created during childhood/adolescence, I kindly ask that a support team agent review my case individually or instruct me on how to officially validate my identity.
