Having an issue with a Microsoft Booking page where it keeps encountering the "Some error occurred." when loading.

This Bookings page was confirmed working from creation date of May 14th, 2026 to recently, September 14th, 2026. As far as the user has told me, they had changed nothing between those dates. I had worked with the user and tried the following troubleshooting steps:

1.) I had the user switch the publishing from "Available to anyone" to "No self-service". Confirmed that the page then started showing a "Bad request" error and then changed the setting back to "Available to anyone." This did not fix the issue and the "Some error occurred" was still happening.

2.) Confirmed with the user if there was anything that changed that might be causing syncing issues between the staff calendars and the Bookings page. Found two instances (1 user who had they name changed and 1 user who went on leave of absence) and decided to see if these might be causing issues. The user who was on LOA was removed and this did not fix the issue. The user who had their name changed recently was appearing with the correct names in other Bookings pages but still had their old name in this one. Once removed and readded to this Bookings page their name was updated to be correct, but this did not solve the issue.

3.) I had the user check to see if the automated emails from the Bookings were still sending and they were confirmed to be sending. These automated emails do have specific Service links in them that are being received by customers and are working at this time.

In regards to the above point, while I was working with the user who created the Bookings page, we found that the Calendar in the Bookings page was not working correctly. It does not show the Bookings that were created consistently and would usually appear blank. The Services that were created have all disappeared, but it looks like a filter is being forced. It shows "Services 52 of 0" and the user tried to remove the filter and nothing occurs.

What are some next steps in troubleshooting the Bookings page?

    Hi @Kercheval, Kaden

To better understand the issue, could you please help clarify a few points?

    • When accessing the Bookings page, do you see the "Some error occurred" message immediately?
    • When you see "Services 52 of 0", are the 52 services completely missing from the list, or can you still see them?
      Screenshot 2026-09-16 at 21.47.03
    • Is this isolated to a single Bookings calendar, or other Bookings calendars in the tenant also do not work?
    • Have you tried clearing browser cache, use incognito web or change to another browser (e.g. Edge)?

The "Services 52 of 0" message appears unexpected. Normally, if a Bookings calendar contains services, you would expect a count such as "2 of 3", meaning 2 services are currently being displayed out of a total of 3 services available.

In this case, "52 of 0" suggests that Bookings may still recognize service records in the backend (52), but the interface is reporting that there are 0 services available to display. This inconsistency could indicate a filtering issue, display issue, synchronization problem, or a potential data inconsistency within the affected Bookings calendar.

Can you please provide a screenshot of the "Some error occurred" message? Is there any error code shown? If yes, please provide it as well.

Given the steps already completed, the next supported troubleshooting path is:

    1. Test the Bookings page in an InPrivate/Incognito window.
      • If it opens there, the issue is likely related to browser cache or the browser profile.
    2. Clear the browser cache in the affected browser profile.
      • In Chrome: Settings > Privacy and security > Clear browsing data > select Cached images and files.
      • In Edge: Settings > Privacy, search, and services > Choose what to clear > select Cached images and files.
    3. Disable browser extensions or test with a new browser profile.
      • This helps rule out add-ins that can interfere with Bookings page rendering or redirects.
    4. Since staff changes were already tested, verify that any former staff are removed from all booking calendars, not just the affected one.
      • Go to Bookings > Staff.
      • Hover over the staff member and select the Delete icon.
      • If more than one booking calendar exists, remove the user from each calendar.
    5. If the issue is related to calendar sync, have each active staff member confirm calendar sharing is set correctly.
      • In Outlook on the web: Share > Calendar.
      • Under People inside your organization, set My Organization to Can view when I'm busy.
      • This is required for Bookings to sync staff availability correctly.
    6. If the page still shows Some error occurred after those checks, create a new Bookings page and test again.
      • If a new page works, the issue is likely isolated to the original page configuration.
    7. If the issue also occurs on a newly created page, open a Microsoft support ticket for deeper investigation.
      • The documented guidance for persistent Bookings page errors is to escalate to support.

For the blank calendar behavior and inconsistent service display, the supported Bookings guidance only confirms that unidentified syncing errors are typically transient and should resolve after a few minutes. If they persist or occur often, the next step is support escalation.
