Hi. I'm David, and I'm happy to help you.

The behavior you mentioned could be a conflict.

To be able to assist you better, please share a screenshot of the network adapters in the Control Panel.

    • Press "Windows + R", type ncpa.cpl and press Enter.

A window will open with the network adapters installed on the system. Send a screenshot of this window.

Use the shortcut "Windows + Shift + S" to use the screenshot tool.

    Looking forward to your reply.

    Try these steps in order:

    1. Run the Windows network troubleshooter.
      • In Windows 11, go to Start > Settings > System > Troubleshoot > Other troubleshooters.
      • Find Network Adapter and select Run.
    2. Check whether the problem is only on that PC.
      • Try the same Wi-Fi on another device such as a phone or tablet.
      • If other devices work, the issue is likely on the PC.
      • If other devices also fail, restart the router and modem.
    3. If using Wi-Fi, reduce interference.
      • Move the PC closer to the router.
      • Make sure there are no major physical obstructions between the PC and router.
      • Keep 2.4 GHz cordless phones or similar devices away from the PC/router, because they can interfere with Wi-Fi.
    4. Close other programs and check the PC health.
      • Close apps that use a lot of memory or network bandwidth.
      • Run antivirus and antispyware scans, because spyware and viruses can slow or block internet use.
      • Browser add-ons can also slow browsing, so disable unnecessary add-ons.
    5. Reset the network stack.
      • Select Search on the taskbar, type Command prompt.
      • Select Run as administrator > Yes.
      • Run these commands in this order:
             netsh winsock reset
             netsh int ip reset
             ipconfig /release
             ipconfig /renew
             ipconfig /flushdns

      • Then test websites and apps again.
    6. If the issue continues, reinstall the network adapter driver.
      • This can affect connectivity until Windows reinstalls the driver.
      • Before uninstalling, download a backup network driver from the PC manufacturer if possible.
      • Open Device Manager.
      • Expand Network adapters.
      • Find the network adapter, right-click it, and select Uninstall device.
      • Restart the PC.
      • Windows should automatically reinstall the adapter driver.

If the PC uses Ethernet instead of Wi-Fi, also check that the cable is firmly connected on both the router and PC, and that it is plugged into the correct Ethernet port on the router, not the Internet port.

First follow the answer provided AI and if that doesn't fix it, then Repairing Windows by reinstalling the same version may help. It repairs system files and components while preserving your apps, files, and settings, but I still recommend backing up important data just in case. You can perform the repair using the Microsoft guide below:
