Analytics views showing a completely blank screen - require.js React18Compat script error

Hello Azure DevOps Team,

We are experiencing a critical UI bug in our organization. When navigating to Boards > Analytics views, the page renders completely blank. This issue is affecting all users across the project, including Project Administrators.

Troubleshooting steps already performed:

Verified that the "View Analytics" permission is explicitly set to "Allow" at the project level.

Tested on multiple browsers (Chrome, Edge) and Incognito/InPrivate windows. The issue persists, ruling out local cache or browser extensions.

The "New Boards Hub" feature is now native/mandatory in our organization, so we cannot toggle it off in Preview Features to test the legacy view.

Error Details (F12 Developer Tools): Upon inspecting the blank page, the browser Console shows a critical JavaScript loading error that halts the rendering of the page: [http://requirejs.org/docs/errors.html#scripterror](http://requirejs.org/docs/errors.html#scripterror) It fails at HTMLScriptElement.onScriptError, specifically failing to load the ytics/React18Compat module inside the vss-bundle-basejs package.

I will attach a screenshot of the F12 Console showing the exact error trace. Could you please investigate this bug? It appears to be a regression or a missing dependency in a recent UI update.
