Yes. Microsoft support includes live-agent options such as chat and call-back, not only AI/self-help.
For an unauthorized Microsoft charge, use this path first:
- Go to the Microsoft account Manage your payments page and select Investigate for the charge.
- Review order history to check whether the charge appears there or whether it may be tied to another Microsoft account using the same card.
- If the charge is not recognized and there is concern the card was compromised, contact the bank or payment provider immediately and report the card as stolen or compromised to stop additional charges.
- To reach a live support agent, go to Contact Microsoft Support, enter the problem, select Get Help, and then select Contact Support to be routed to the best support option.
- Another supported route is Get Help on the web or Get Help in Windows, where support may include chat or a request-a-call option.
For duplicate-looking charges, Microsoft notes that this can happen when a previously failed payment is retried successfully, so checking order history over the last few months helps confirm whether it is truly a duplicate.
