Useless rewards team support

To preface I've been using MS Rewards for a LONG time. I've never once had an issue, I've accumulated and redeemed well over a million points in that timeframe. Last week I had an issue where the Bing app daily check-in gave me the 50 points for checking in but didn't give me the stamp and subsequently not the 1000 points for completing the stamps. I filed a request, got the canned "We've reviewed the account associated with your current service request and found that it is not linked to the specific issue you reported. To help us assist you more accurately, please file a new support request using the Microsoft Rewards account that is experiencing the issue."

So I did. Went back in through the app, made sure I was logged in with the correct email (why wouldn't I be, I've only ever used this one and I've never done anything different with a different email). I was thinking maybe I mis-typed my email but that can't be true because they EMAILED ME BACK. Then I get the EXACT SAME RESPONSE from the second request. I replied and told them that they're incorrect and I only have this one account. ZERO RESPONSE.

Fast forward one more week and once again the daily check-in fails to give me the stamp but does give me the 50 points once again. File another request. GET THE EXACT SAME RESPONE FOR THE THIRD TIME.

This is obnoxiously frustrating. I've logged out and back in. I've checked and triple checked that the email I'm logged into the Bing app with is my rewards one, which it is. I'm filing the support request via the link at the bottom of the Bing app rewards section that says "Contact Support".

Why is it so hard for someone to look at the request and see that it's the same account that's having the issue? I don't get why this is rocket science to these people.

Sorry to hear you're having trouble.

Although I do understand this is not what you want to hear but I'm afraid that support for the Rewards program can only be received via https://rewards.bing.com/support. As much as I wish there was more information that could be offered I'm afraid that's all there is regarding their support offer.
