Hello!
I've suddenly encountered this issue - LiveKernelEvent 141, together with AMD error pop up. I've had issues with this in the past but never figured the issue so i thought to bring it here, though it has been a while since it happened last time.

    Hi. I'm David, and I'm happy to help you.

    The DMP file indicates the driver amdkmdag.sys as the cause of the issue. This driver belongs to your AMD graphics card.

    This driver is used by AMD's dedicated graphics card and AMD processors' integrated graphics card.

    Usually, a clean installation of the graphics driver using DDU resolves the issue.

    To be able to assist you better, please collect your system information using the DxDiag tool and share it for analysis.

    • Open the Start Menu, type DxDiag, and select it from the list of results;

    Share the information via screenshots, I need the information in the "System" and "Display" tabs. If there is more than one Display tab, share a screenshot of all of them.

    Use the shortcut "Windows + Shift + S" to use the screenshot tool.

    Looking forward to your reply.
