    Hi, @amma djan

If you haven't tried it yet, first, check your Junk Email folder and search for one of the missing senders in Outlook Web https://outlook.live.com/mail using another device or internet connection source.

Also check Settings > Mail > Rules and Settings > Mail > Forwarding to make sure nothing is moving or forwarding your messages.

If the issue still persists, to help narrow down the issue:

    1. Are you missing emails from all senders, or only certain email addresses/domains?
    2. Do the senders receive any bounce-back or delivery failure message when they email you?

Click "Add comment" to let me know.

    Thanks!

For Outlook.com, check these common causes in order:

    1. Check the Other tab if Focused Inbox is enabled. Messages can land there instead of Inbox.
    2. Check the Junk Email folder and Junk Email settings. If a message is there by mistake, mark it as not junk.
    3. Check Deleted Items. If the message was moved there, restore it. If it is not there, use Recover items deleted from this folder from within Deleted Items.
    4. Check the Archive folder. Archived messages do not appear in Inbox.
    5. Clear any message filtering by selecting Filter above the message list and choosing All.
    6. Check Rules settings for Inbox or Sweep rules that may be moving messages to another folder.
    7. Check whether email forwarding is enabled.
    8. Make sure mailbox or Microsoft cloud storage is not full. If storage is full, mail sent during that time is bounced back to the sender and is unrecoverable.
    9. If a specific sender’s messages are missing, ask the sender to review Sender Support in Outlook.com.
    10. If unusual account activity is suspected, review recent sign-in activity for the Microsoft account.

If mail is missing only in the app but not on the web, that points to a sync issue on that device. If Outlook.com itself is missing the mail, the folder, rule, filter, forwarding, or storage checks above are the supported path.
