After the latest Windows 11 update in September, I’m getting a black and green screen; are there known issues with this update? I’ve also noticed that my GPU isn't being recognized, whereas everything was fine before the update. I’ve reinstalled Windows 11 multiple times and reinstalled all the drivers, but the problem persists. The only way I can interact with the laptop screen is via tools like UltraView.

Thank you for the screenshot, that indicates you are missing many drivers and the Nvidia drivers are not installed correctly.

You need to go to the support page for your system on the manufacturers website to download and install a full set of drivers, including the Chipset drivers, Audio drivers and Graphics drivers they recommend.

If you have any difficulty locating that support page, Please provide the other screenshot - click your Start Button, then just type msinfo and press Enter, please provide a screenshot of the resulting System Information window.

This is not a reported problem in the September update, if you boot the laptop into BIOS is there any problems indicated in there with the graphics, or if you boot the laptop into Safe Mode, is there any problems in there with the graphics?

Right click your Start Button and open Device Manager.

Expand the 'Display Adapters' section.

Please provide a screenshot of that full Device Manager window.

Click your Start Button, then just type msinfo and press Enter, please provide a screenshot of the resulting System Information window.
