Feature Request: "Paste Formulas Without External Links" option in Paste Special

Dear Excel Development Team,

When copying cells containing formulas from one workbook to another, Excel automatically inserts the source workbook's name as an external link (e.g., =[Source.xlsx]Sheet1!A1).

Currently, if the target workbook contains sheets with the exact same names, we have to manually fix this using "Change Source" in Edit Links or by using Find & Replace. This creates unnecessary extra steps in the daily workflow.

Please consider adding a new option to the Paste Special menu called "Paste Formulas Without External Links" (or a similar checkbox). This option would allow users to paste formulas directly so they refer to the sheets of the destination workbook instead of linking back to the source workbook.

This feature would save a significant amount of time for users who frequently move templates and data structures between identical workbooks.
