When I check PC manager and it says my Intel(R) graphics processor is not used over 120 and I don't know how to open it.
Can someone help me open it up when i tried to search it up? And when i tried download one, it says i did not meet the minimum requirements. My graphics card is Intel(R) 5500 HD and Lenovo THINKPAD T450s and Windows 11 (used to be windows 10) and 64 bit.

Please provide some more information on your system and this problem.

    1

Right click your Start Button and open Device Manager.

    Expand the 'Graphics Adapters' section.

Please provide a screenshot of that full Device Manager window.

    2

Click your Start Button, then just type msinfo and press Enter, please provide a screenshot of the resulting System Information window.

    3

When you indicate the Intel integrated graphics is not used over 120, do you mean when you try to set the refresh rate on your screen to 120Hz?
