    Hi,

From your description, your account is still requesting verification through your old phone. Please try the following:

    1. On the verification screen, select “Sign in another way,” if available. Choose a verification method you previously set up that you can still access.
    2. If you can complete verification, go to Security info, select “Add sign-in method,” and follow the instructions to set up a method for your new phone. Confirm that it works before removing the old method.
    3. If no other method is available, or that page still requires verification through your old phone, contact your company’s IT help desk or Microsoft 365 administrator. Ask them to help reset your MFA registration and set up verification on your new phone. They can refer to Microsoft’s Manage user authentication methods guide.

Could you also confirm whether you are an employee or a Microsoft 365 administrator? If you are an administrator, is there another administrator who can still sign in? This will help determine the next recovery step if you cannot get assistance from IT.
