Mouse Issues

After coming back to my PC from a 20–30-minute break, I find my mouse isn't working. the RGB lights are still on but the red light at the bottom of the mouse is off and there is not any physical damage to the mouse or USB port on the PC. I don't understand how that happened since it was working just fine before said break. I'm not sure if it's a mouse issue or a hardware issue.

The RGB lighting working indicates power is going to the mouse, the red optical light not working indicates there may be a problem with the mouse.

Disconnect the mouse from your system, then press and hold both the left and right mouse buttons together for a few seconds to try to reset the mouse.

If that does not resolve the problem, connect your mouse to another PC to test if the mouse is working on that PC.
