HOW DO I FIND ATTACHED FILES IN AN EMAIL CHAIN? TRYING TO FIND A SUPPOSED ATTACHMENT IN A CHAIN AND MY ATTATCHMENT DOESNT SHOW EITHER.

    Is the attachment missing only from this email chain, or can you not see attachments in other emails either?

    As a test, please send yourself an email with a simple sample attachment, or ask a friend to send one to you. Then check whether you can see and open it.

    If you are using the Outlook app on Windows or mobile, please also check the same email through Outlook on the web and let us know if the attachment appears there.
