How can I automatically update and send an excel report using Power Automate?

I have an Excel file stored in OneDrive that contains a list of technical support requests and their current statuses. I would like to use Power Automate to check the file every morning, filter the requests with a “Pending” status, and send a summary email to the assigned support engineers.

How can I configure the flow to read the Excel table, filter the relevant rows, and format them in an email? Additionally, how can I prevent the flow from sending an email when there are no pending requests?
