Hello,
I am trying to activate Azure for Students, but I receive this error:
"You do not have access. Sorry but our systems are detecting a problem with your account and are unable to validate your access."
I am a university student in Egypt and I am trying to activate Azure for Students. My Microsoft account currently has no active Azure subscription, and Microsoft Foundry says that there are no active subscriptions linked to my account.

Could you please help me understand why my account cannot be validated and how I can complete the Azure for Students activation?

I think this msg means Azure for Students could not verify your eligibility as an active student in a supported region using your official university email, and when you retry with that email and still see the same msg the safe step is to contact support from the Students page with your session ID.
