Sending, receiving, and organizing email in Outlook.com
No self-service escalation path to engineering is provided here.
Supported actions are:
- In Outlook on the web, go to Settings > Mail > Junk email.
- Under Safe senders and domains, try Add safe sender, enter the Oracle sender address or domain, then select OK and Save.
- In the same Junk email settings page, review Blocked senders / Blocked domains and remove the sender or domain if it appears there.
- Check Rules and Forwarding in Outlook on the web to confirm nothing is moving, deleting, or redirecting the messages.
- If the sender is already on the safe list and mail still does not arrive, messages can still be blocked before they reach the mailbox because server-side junk filtering may stop them upstream.
- For Outlook.com support, use Help in Outlook.com, enter the issue, then scroll to Still need help? and select Yes. If sign-in is also affected, use the Outlook.com support entry point.
Relevant limitation: adding a sender to Safe Senders does not guarantee delivery when the message is blocked before mailbox delivery.
