I’ve already purchased halo the master chief collection and 1 addom with the collection halo reach DLC but it says I need to buy both now.

I either want my money back to buy or re pay for these games but years ago I bought halo mcc with my own moneyy and just recently played it with zero issue till this day and it’s forcing me to not only buy another copy but it wouldn’t allow me to play it at all despite never deleting the game nor having any other issues before this day.

    If the purchase does not appear in the order history, it may mean that the game was purchased using a different Microsoft account, or that you previously accessed the game through Xbox Game Pass instead of purchasing it directly.
