How to get extension for Founders Hub Azure Subscription after the date is expiring and still credit is there

Hello, I am founder of TECHMEDO and we received Microsoft support for startups and got the benefit is USD 50 K for Azure which is 50 % used and its date is expiring, i want that to be extended to support the NPOs working in underserved and humanitarian relief operations. I raised two tickets to microsoft through startup portal but did not heared about it.
