Login via web in OneDrive with your business account,
Can you find the files you uploaded here? Or are they not there?

My boss invited me to share the ms365 and OneDrive accounts. I uploaded all MacOS files to the OneDrive for the company OneDrive. I had to create my own login and it seemed all out of sync. I have tried fixing it on my own and now I have a bigger mess. I am missing my OneDrive Icon. Also I have been using Windows 11 Parallels so I am cannot seem to see things in the Company Onedrive and it is not syncing. I only want to use the Company login and not my own email and login how can I fix this.

On macOS, the missing OneDrive icon usually means OneDrive is not running or the menu bar icon is hidden. For a Mac, the OneDrive cloud icon should appear in the top menu bar.
Try this in order:
For the sign-in issue, the supported guidance in the available material only confirms that a grayed-out icon means OneDrive is not signed in or setup is incomplete, and that unlinking and relinking can help when account setup is wrong. The practical path is to reset OneDrive, start it again, and complete setup with the company account so the menu bar icon returns and sync can be checked from there.
If this is a work or school company OneDrive and the account still does not sync correctly after reset and relink, the next step is to contact the organization’s IT helpdesk or admin.
