I have several charges by Microsoft on two different accounts.

The first charge was on 5/27/2026 for the amount of $129.99 on my Credit One card, referenced #[Moderator note: Personally Identifiable Information removed] from MICROSOFT*STORE MICROSOFT.COM WA.

Then on 6/16/2026 for the amount of $129.99 on the same Credit One Card, reference #[Moderator note: Personally Identifiable Information removed] from Microsoft*Microsoft 365 F425-6816830 WA

The third charge was on 8/5/2026 in the amount of $13.99, reference #[Moderator note: Personally Identifiable Information removed] from MICROSOFT*STORE MICROSOFT.COM WA

The last charge is in the amount of $99.99 on 9/10/2026 labeled as PAYPAL invoice #[Moderator note: Personally Identifiable Information removed] for Microsoft 365 Personal from Microsoft Personal 365.

I have two computers. I should only be paying for 1 Microsoft Office 365 license for my business under the yergerian.com account. And one for my personal computer that uses the [Moderator note: Personally Identifiable Information removed] account which shows the #13.99 charge under the account.

Please advise me on how to dispute the charges and which charge is for my business account.

Contact me at [Moderator note: Personally Identifiable Information removed] with a solution. Thank you.

    Dear Donna,

Based on your description, I have confirmed that all four charges you listed are related to Microsoft personal accounts, and none of them are associated with a Microsoft 365 Business subscription.
