Here are steps by steps for you to contact a live support agent from Microsoft Support
First, please visit the Microsoft Support link above and sign in with the account that you are having an issue
with
Select Microsoft 365 and Get Home Support
Then, type in "Live chat" and click Get Help button.
Scroll down and you'll see the Ask out Support Assistant, please click on it
You will be prompted with a chat box, please type in the same as me below then click Contact Support
After that, please choose as the picture below and click confirm:
You will have the option to have a chat session with the support agent
Click on it, confirm your email and you will be connected to a chat agent shortly.
