how to sue Xbox Microsoft for refusing to give me access back into my account for Xbox after arguing and calling for 2 years and getting the run around?

hello my name is mark I have been fighting Xbox Microsoft for 2 or 3 years now trying to get my main Microsoft account back I have done the full verification process and of course I get an email telling me that what I entered was not enough information, I have had that account since I was 12 or 13 years old I have put in a lot of money into buying physical and digital games on that account, I even bought a game that you can't even buy anymore called shadows of the damned the 360 backwards compatibility version before the remaster version of it out, after buying the game I go and turn on the Xbox and of course had to restart the console because it wouldn't show my friends being online after doing so I join an Xbox party complained on that Xbox party that I am tired of having to restart the Xbox to get notified of who was online, and if anyone was on a Xbox party 1 day after that I am no longer allowed access to my account and it acts like I don't own the account, as I have stated previously I have done the account recovery and am still getting told the information I enter was not enough, I called multiple times and get told the same answer, nothing we can do, even called today 9/15/26 3 times was hung up on they wouldn't even put a support ticket in for me after I asked if they would, so I'm at a complete loss here if there is any good lawyer recommendations to sue Xbox and get my account back and not get the runaround anymore please tell me, because all I want is to get back into my account and play games on it again. also, I'm not sure what parent or tag to put here if they can put it or send this to who it needs to go to please help. thank you
