I cannot copy and paste or use the drop-down menus in the equation editor without causing Word to crash. I had a similar problem when I made the mistake of having Co-Pilot enabled. But things were ok after I disabled Copilot until today. I have lost almost an entire day of productivity due to this <profanity removed> terrible software.

If the software is at fault, why don't I have any of those problems?
Nobody can say why you have those problems, because nobody knows what condition your computer is in. If the software was faulty, wouldn't I have the same trouble with the same software?
To find out exactly what's going wrong with your computer, someone has to be sitting in front of it, in order to be able to run different tests. If you'd rather not do that, you can uninstall the software and reinstall it. Done correctly, that solves many problems.
