One-time passwords (OTP) and verification codes sent from apps and websites are not reaching my email account.

Issue: Security and verification codes (OTP) requested from various platforms (apps and websites) are not being delivered to my inbox.

Troubleshooting Already Done:

Checked Junk/Spam and "Other" folders; the codes are not appearing there.

  Checked the blocked senders list; there are no restrictions regarding these platforms.

  
     Storage quota is not full; I can receive standard everyday emails without any issues.

     
        No forwarding rules or email filters are active on my account.

        
        __Test Result:__ When requesting verification codes from the same platforms to a different email provider (Gmail), the codes arrive instantly.

        
        __Request:__ I suspect the issue stems from server-level IP/Domain filtering (SmartScreen). Please inspect my account status and incoming email filters.

    Since you can receive normal emails and OTP messages arrive immediately when sent to a Gmail address, I'd like to narrow down the cause before suggesting more advanced troubleshooting.

    Could you please confirm:

    • Are the missing codes coming from all websites/apps, or only specific services?
    • Is your Outlook.com address the primary account address or an alias?
    • Do you receive any security or verification emails from Microsoft accounts successfully?
    • Approximately when did this problem begin?
