I can not share my Excel file.

Based on your sharing, this error means Excel could not complete the sharing request through the OneDrive/SharePoint cloud service. In many cases, this issue is usually caused by a temporary OneDrive sync issue, cached Office credentials, the file not being fully synced, or a sharing policy restriction in your organization.

Therefore, I suggest trying these steps to narrow down the situation:

1/ Try sharing from the browser

• Save and close the workbook.
• Sign in to OneDrive on the web with your business account, locate the workbook, then select Share.
• If the workbook is stored in a library, open that library in the browser and share it there instead.
• If possible, please create a new sharing link rather than reusing the previous link.

2/ Check the workbook’s synchronization status

• Check the OneDrive cloud icon in the taskbar 
• Make sure there are no sync errors or pending uploads 
• If there are any sync issues, allow the sync to complete and try again

3/ Sign out, clear cached credentials, and sign back in 

• Close all Office applications, including Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, and OneDrive 
• Sign out of Office and OneDrive 
• Open Control Panel > User Accounts > Credential Manager > Windows Credentials 
• Remove credentials related to Microsoft Office, OneDrive, Microsoft 365, ADAL, or MSOID 

• Restart the computer, then sign in to Office/OneDrive and try sharing again

4/ Test with another file 

• Create a small blank .xlsx workbook and try sharing it with the same person.
• This will help confirm whether the issue is specific to one spreadsheet or affects sharing in general
